Here comes the floor · Tuesday, the contractor comes to the house to nail down some options on the rebuild. They're hoping to start work on the subfloor the day after Memorial Day.

It's starting to click · Second Level II class was last night. Exercises were geared toward pantomime; next week comes more character development. I finally got over the mental block that was keeping me from projecting like I should when I'm on stage... all I had to do was get into character! I've been concerned that when I project, I start to sound like a stereotypical radio announcer. To get over that, I got into character during my games of Shopping Spree, and magically, I was projecting! YAY! We also played Forward/Reverse; What Are You Doing, which I'm beginning to develop more respect for; and Slo-Mo Instant Replay. Our performance will be June 13, and Ken's hoping to get some extra rehearsals in beforehand. Homework: Develop a character. Next week, meet Floyd Tutwiler!
